What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently seeking to appoint a professional, skilled, and highly motivated HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of the school’s HR function.
The successful candidate will
• be well-motivated and keen to show their interest in HR
• have strong people skills, diplomacy, and a flexible, positive attitude.
• be well organised and efficient with attention to detail
• proactive and most of all a team player
• be able to work without direct supervision
• contribute to the development of the department as part of a dedicated team
• work closely within a supportive team and have the responsibility of line managing the Cover Manager and HR Assistant.
• have a professional attitude that is open to innovative ways of working
• be flexible and adaptable when faced with challenges
Previous experience of Schools HR and the use of the SIMS database would be advantageous.
