Property Manager
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: £22k - £28k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:
Our client is a well-established lettings and property management agency, committed to delivering exceptional service in the property sector.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will provide the responsive, professional service expected by landlords and tenants, addressing their unique property requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of all maintenance jobs with professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance records.
- Register tenant deposits and serve notices when required.
- Conduct property inspections using industry-leading reporting software.
- Handle maintenance faults, repairs, and tenant / landlord requests.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs of tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals and carry out annual rent reviews.
- Produce monthly landlords reports.
- Manage company procedures, updating and improving where required.
- Oversee the property portfolio keys.
- Conduct viewings on available properties when required.
- Manage occasional out-of-hours emergency maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Ideally have 1 year of experience in residential property and customer service.
- Completion of secondary-level education.
- Possess customer service and administration experience.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Strong written and spoken communication.
- Valid UK driving license and car.
Shifts:
- Monday: 8:45 am - 5:45 pm
- Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:45 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
