Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 / Level3)
Location: Essex
Salary: £23k - £26k + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, 52 weeks per year
The Client:
Our client is a reputable educational firm, providing educational services for nursery-aged children (0-5 years).
The Role:
As aNursery Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards. They are seeking one level 2 practitioner and one level 3 practitioner.
Responsibilities:
- Support children's safety, health, and welfare.
- Facilitate EYFS curriculum access.
- Build relationships with children and parents
- Guide social, educational, and behavioural development.
- Lead small group learning activities.
- Assess and record children's progress.
- Manage nursery resources and environment.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as aNursery Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner or in a similar role.
- Minimum Level 2 / Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- Experience in early years or nursery settings.
- Background in working with SEN.students is desirable.
- Familiarity with Early Years Foundation Stage.
