As Fitness Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring the team are up to date with the latest developments within the fitness industry and the team delivers an exceptional gym floor experience for our members. You will also be responsible for managing a group exercise budget.

As part of your role, you’ll be expected to manage the day to day running of the facility. You will be a keyholder and responsible for shift management.

You will lead on the Health & Fitness element of the club, ensuring great customer care, management of the gym instructor team and gym floor, ensuring a smooth group exercise timetable is fulfilled.

What you’ll need to do the role

- Experience working as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or similar management role within the leisure industry.
- Proven experience delivering great customer service.
- Knowledge of cash management procedures
- Strong team management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with facilities maintenance.
- Availability to work shifts including weekends.
- Ability to Swim and to be able Pass a National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification (Essential)
- Level 2 Gym Instructor (Essential)
- Level 3 Personal Trainer (Preferable)

We are looking for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join one of our well-established Community Nursing teams based at Abbey Court, Tunbridge Wells to support the development of this service. As a well-established team, we can offer experience and knowledge to support your growth.

The team supports patients from GP practices within the Tunbridge Wells PCN Primary Care Network (PCN). This PCN covers Pembury, Langton Green, Frant, Bidborough Ridge and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an enthusiastic band 5 occupational therapist to join our specialist multi-disciplinary team based in West Kent.
Come and join our community-based team who work closely alongside local authority and specialist mental health services to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an extremely rewarding specialist area where you will use your OT skills to manage a clinical caseload within a well-established and friendly team.

The occupational therapy team provides specialist support to enable people to live their lives fully in the community.
You will be expected to:
•Manage a clinical caseload providing assessment and interventions for people with a learning disability. You will work towards maximising a person's quality of life by providing clinical expertise, behavioural and/or engagement support.
•Measure progress and ensure effective outcomes for the individual
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. You will be required to work closely with all stakeholders and promote effective collaborate working with all those involved in the person’s life.
•Contribute to the development of multi-disciplinary best practice, service development and quality improvement. The post holder will be encouraged to access regular supervision, annual appraisal and identified CPD opportunities as required/available
