What do we Do?
We support health and care systems to:
• Enable people to live fulfilling lives in their local community, preventing crisis and unnecessary hospital admissions.
• Keep people well and tackle physical and mental health inequalities.
• Keep people safe and ensure they receive compassionate, effective and high- quality of care.
• Embed co-production into strategic planning and delivery and actively involve experts by experience in service improvement.
• Improve quality of care and oversight through bespoke support and guidance
• Provide additional capacity for complex transformation projects
As one of the most reputable care system support services in the country, we are expanding our specialist center of expertise for learning disability, autism, and mental health transformation.
To achieve this, we are seeking a diverse range of skilled associates to join our flexible resource pool to support projects on a dynamic basis. We specifically value experience from health, local government, and the third sector. If you have experience in the field of learning disability, autism, and mental health and a deep understanding of the population's needs, we encourage you to apply.
The positions we offer cover a wide range of grades and skills, includingchange, programme, andproject management.We are particularly keen to hear from individuals withspecialist experience in care quality, quality improvement and quality assurance. We welcome applications from people with lived experience.
