What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience

Previous experience of working within an educational setting. (Essential)

Previous experience of working with young people and those with specific health needs/ personal care needs. (Desirable)

Experience of working with children with special educational needs. (Essential)

Experience in previous care roles either adult or children. (Essential)

Willingness to identify and develop own IT skills. (Desirable)

Working knowledge of DCSF, Local Authority and other regulatory body’s legislation and policy relating to education. (Essential)
