Job Summary
The Assoc Warehouse Ops assists on Inbound or Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards.  Inbound positions receive products into the facility and outbound ships products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building, and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick large case items with material handling equipment or pick small unit of measure items and place on designated cart.

What Health System Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health
Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.

Health System Pharmacy is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes.

Job Summary

Under general direction of the System Clinical Pharmacy Director, the Clinical Operations Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care as defined by the State Office of Pharmacy Services to patients admitted to Western Massachusetts Hospital and the Pharmacy Distribution Center. These sites are governed by the Department of Public Health, currently specializing in providing medical treatment services for a diverse patient population with long-term complex medical needs. The Clinical Operations Pharmacist will play an integral role in direct patient care and patient counseling, pharmacotherapy/treatment protocol development, drug formulary management, medication safety, and process improvement initiatives. 

This Clinical Operations Pharmacist will report to Western Massachusetts Hospital located in Westfield, MA, twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additional hours to meet the 32 hour weekly requirement will be provided at the Pharmacy Distribution Center located in Tewksbury, MA and/or additional sites across the Commonwealth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in quarterly interdisciplinary patient and team meetings to provide patient medication updates and assist in the creation and modification of pharmacotherapy treatment and monitoring plans.  

• Conduct drug regimen reviews for patients quarterly and as needed to ensure continual cost-effective, clinically appropriate, evidence-based treatment.

• Serve as a reliable drug information resource to interpret medication therapy for clinical appropriateness and safety including, but not limited to, treatment indication, dosing, duration of therapy, drug-drug/drug-disease/drug-food interactions, adverse effects, therapeutic duplication, therapeutic alternatives, medication compliance, etc. 

• Perform operational duties to ensure medication access across the care continuum.

What Health System Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health

Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.

Health System Pharmacy is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes.

Schedule

• 24 hours per week - (3) 8 hour shifts OR (4) 6 hour shifts.  

• Evening/Overnight shift - start time between 7pm-8pm.

Responsibilities

• Assists pharmacists in filling prescription orders as permitted by State Boards of Pharmacy.

• Prepares medication for dispensing, packaging and shipment.

• Takes inventory, places orders, checks in drugs and supplies, stocks shelves and removes out of date items from the inventory.

• Enters medical supply orders in pharmacy system.

• Communicates with all customers (patients, clinics, care-givers, physicians) in an amicable and professional manner.

• Processes returned medications from the facility for credit or destruction.

• Inputs patient data and prescription information into the pharmacy information management system.

• Maintains knowledge of and abides by all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Chicopee EHS Manager will report to the Northeast Regional Director.  This position is responsible for developing and implementing EHS solutions in support of Cardinal Health assets at the Chicopee manufacturing plant.  These solutions are designed to manage, mitigate, and whenever possible, eliminate EHS risks to Cardinal Health employees, facilities, and the communities in which the company operates.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Consulting (35%): Assists with implementation of the global EHS strategy to mitigate risk to people, property, community, information and brand.  Partners with operation leaders to develop and execute site-specific annual EHS plans; standardize EHS programs; ensure critical information is communicated; and implement best practices.  Provides support and subject matter expertise for events (e.g., regulatory agency inquiries, natural disasters, business continuity, significant incidents, etc.).
• Hazard Recognition, Evaluation and Control / Regulatory Compliance (35%): Leads in the management of operation specific EHS hazard assessments and the development of risk mitigation plans.  Partners with operation leaders to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.  Analyzes key EHS metrics to assist operations in the construction and execution of continual improvement plans.  Identifies budgetary needs to address risk reduction and compliance assurance.  Ensures key performance metrics, including occupational injury/illness and environmental sustainability results are accurately reported and communicated. Develops and maintains facility profiles. Assists with the response to regulatory agency inquiries and reporting obligations.  Participates in assessments and audits.  Provides technical assistance and guidance in risk-related matters, including ergonomics, industrial hygiene, safety, environmental, incident investigation, business resiliency and occupational health processes.
• Occupational Injury/Illness, Loss Prevention, Crisis Management, and Business Resiliency (20%): Assist management teams in the investigation, notification and case management for occupational injury/illnesses. Assists operations close out property/casualty recommendations from third parties such as FM Global.  Provides support in the development and implementation of business resiliency plans. Provides EHS leadership during business continuity situations.\
• Education and Mentorship (10%):  Educates and coaches management teams on their EHS roles and responsibilities. Helps foster a diverse workforce.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred. 
• Advanced degree and professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing EHS for multiple operations

Job Summary
The Manager, Warehouse Operations Outbound oversees the building’s outbound processing, including picking, packing, and shipping to achieve operational efficiency and safety. Position Summary

The Strategy & Analytics team helps shape the generic pharmaceutical sourcing strategy for Red Oak Sourcing, a 50/50 joint venture between two Fortune 15 companies – Cardinal Health and CVS Health. The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to help run a wide variety of ongoing and ad hoc projects that inform both daily generic pharmaceutical sourcing operations and longer-term strategy and data innovation. Qualifications
