The Exeter Nuffield hospital is based next to the RD&E hospital in Wonford, Exeter. Exeter is a vibrant cathedral city in the heart of the beautiful county of Devon, situated on the river exe and only 10 miles from the coast. Summary of the role



The Business Development Manager role leads on the development of collaborations with industry, organisations and government partners within the BioPharma sector. Develop sustainable partnerships with new and established partners with a view to these partners collaborating and/or funding projects with academics across the research and commercial education portfolios.
Management of up to 7 people. May be responsible for supervising associated resources that form part of flexible, cross-university sectoral teams.
Provide the Exeter Innovation interface with one or more Faculty departments. Work closely with Department Directors of Business Engagement and to develop and deliver the BEI strategy and income targets embedded within Faculty plans.
Undertake the role of relationship manager for one or more Strategic Partners, working with the Corporate Partnership team. In addition, identify and liaise with internal and external sector facing networks and organisations
Support a portfolio of Impact Case Studies aligned to sector specialism, through working closely with the academic leads and Research Services.
Advise and lead on the development of applications for economic development, knowledge exchange research and innovation and commercial education; working with colleagues in Exeter Innovation and other Professional Services.

Main duties of the job The CYP IAPT Recruit to Train programme involves both academic learning, coursework and supervised clinical practice. Alongside this, the post holder will work with colleagues in a specialist CFHD pathway, building relationships and wider skills in working children and young people with complex emotional and mental health needs in the community. This will include evidence-based assessment and outcome-monitored interventions in conjunction with the training. There will also be opportunities to engage in Participation and service development as well as contributing to service delivery within the team as required. Post holders will be employees of CFHD on a substantive contract and also enrolled on a Postgraduate Diploma course with Exeter University. Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital

The Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital is situated next to the Nuffield Health Devonshire Gym, in Derriford, Plymouth and we have been part of the Plymouth community since 1971. We have 3 main theatres - 2 laminar flow and 1 digital, a fully JAG accredited endoscopy suite, a 35-bedded ward with one 4 bedded bay and one 2 bedded bay. Our outpatients department has 12 consulting rooms with a dedicated ophthalmology suite and ENT service.

We carry out treatment under a range of specialities including Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery and Neurosurgery. We recently were rated in the top 50 hospitals in the country for our total hip replacement patient outcomes

Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable

Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital.

The Exeter Nuffield hospital is based next to the RD&E hospital in Wonford, Exeter. The hospital has 2 theatres, as well as a hybrid cardiac catheter laboratory/theatre and an Endoscopy suite. There are two ward areas: an inpatient area with 21 beds and a day-case ward with 12 beds. We also have a busy outpatient department, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and radiology department including an MRI scanner. We specialise in elective orthopaedic and spinal surgery, cardiology including invasive procedures, general surgery, plastics and cosmetic surgery, ENT, and gynaecology. The Hospital has a MAKO robot that undertakes some of the joint replacement surgery which we have become well known for in this field of surgery.
