12 hour rota basis to include nights, weekends and bank holidays
£32,760-£42,073
My client is looking for an experienced RMN to work in fabulous private hospital based in the beautiful area of Monmouthshire, Wales. The setting is a specialist facility for people with long-term mental health needs and/complex needs and has a settled management team who can offer great support to their staff.
In this job you will:
• Work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners in this wonderful rural location
• Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs, are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
• Want to make a real difference to a patient’s life and be rewarded by their recovery
For this role you must have:
• NMC registration
• Great team playing skills
• Flexible and self-motivated approach
• Commitment to patient-centred care
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A desire to continually push your personal development
