This Finance Director/Senior Manager will oversee all finance activities for Teledyne LeCroy’s Test and Measurement Group. Primary activities include providing financial analysis and counsel to multiple vice presidents and general managers regarding business results and actual performance against plans and forecasts in a multi-facility/multi-division global environment.

• This individual will have overall responsibility for preparing financial statements, reports and analysis for our business. About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

• Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders and industry partners to understand and define the payments strategy, process, and solutions.
• Drive the design and implementation of cash management solutions for all business segments of the company with focus on controls, efficiencies, and customer expectations.
• Support the treasury team in payment oversight, controls, issue investigation and resolution. Analyze risk events to explore opportunities for improvement.
• Provide subject matter expertise for the treasury and payment processes to business and IT leads.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. An advanced degree or certification such as a CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) would be preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Treasury, Banking Services and/or Treasury Operations required. 
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasury and payment industry products, best practices, and processes
• Self-starter and quick learner with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with change management or transformation initiatives

Preferred technical skills:

Reporting to the Senior Director, ISC Network Strategy, Finance, this role is primarily responsible for the financial process and analytical analysis of all Network Architecture projects of the Company (manufacturing, logistic, sterilization, …). The E2E Strategy Director will coordinate and oversee all Business Cases related to any architecture or any strategic initiatives related to E2E Supply Chain for all BUs and cross-BUs.

This role is also responsible for defining and implementing standard business case formats and KPIs across the company, providing guidance and finance support to ISC teams.

The E2E Strategy Director will also manage a large and diverse team and will be in charge of developing team members at various career stages.

This role will be a critical voice in strategic decision-making for Network optimization strategy and will be the Finance SPOC for EPDT preparation in close collaboration with SVP ISC Strategy and Transformation and his team.
