Your new role
Working as part of the Senior Leadership team as an Executive Assistant/Insurance Coordinator, your role would be pivotal in providing high level executive assistance to a busy and experienced CEO.
Responsibilities would include:

• Responsible for all insurance matters including claims management, changes of insurance cover, collating renewal information and managing external insurance on-line data.
• Assisting the head of procurement including preparation of tenders, preparing and publishing contract notices and management of procurement exceptions, preparation of procurement KPI's and associated data.
• Managing the new supplier process and maintaining contract register to assist with procurement planning.
• Provide high level support to three Executive Leaders including coordinating meetings, arranging travel and the management of diaries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for office including sensitive and confidential enquiries.
• Handle internal and external communications promptly and effectively and gather and organise data and information to assist Executive Leaders in research and preparation of reports.
• Draft letters, papers, and reports to the highest standard and lead on finalisation of key reports, and other documentation, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
• Provide administrative support for the team.
• Manage the insurance portfolio on a day-to-day basis ensuring the effective management of all insurance claims, including recording, preparing and providing information and defence arguments, consulting stakeholders and liaison with insurers, solicitors and loss adjustors as required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will an experienced Executive Assistance with demonstrable experience in the following:

• Significant experience of providing direct administrative support at senior executive level in a complex organisation.
• Experience of managing insurance including claims, travel insurance liaising with brokers and providing renewal information.
• Excellent organisational skills, including an ability to organise own work, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written skills, including in correspondence, the preparation of reports and the formal recording of meetings.
• Ability to manage and interpret data from different sources to create summaries and recommendations
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the effective use of collaborative tools.

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

This position will be based in Newport and will travel to provide support in Dover, Greenville, and surrounding locations as needed. Successful candidates will need to have flexibility to work Saturdays.  Role is slated to start in May and run through August.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Display working knowledge of bank application software by utilizing computer systems to obtain customer information, account balances, account transactions, etc.

We’re actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products and capabilities required to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications.  In this role, you will lead the development of the IGA strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with other IT leaders, technologists and support staffs to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. •  Serve as the IGA platform owner for the IAM department
•  Establish a strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of IGA: access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning functions, role-based access, separation of duties, access certifications
• Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot IGA solutions with the ability to provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements and test cases
• Create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, and resiliency

• Define code repository management and agile delivery methodologies for deployments

• Lead change, by acting as change agent, to use skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose of intent, drive awareness, communications, documentation, and training
•  Develop and implement program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues well informed
•  Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture

The experience you will bring:

• 10+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in IAM IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, ClearSkye)
• Detailed knowledge and experience in enabling new, migrating to, and/or managing an enterprise IGA platform based on best practices.
• Experience with integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow like platforms
• Experience with centralized and decentralized IGA models
• Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
• Experience with designing and developing J2EE/Java applications, web services, and databases
• Detailed knowledge and experience with automating IGA processes by leveraging out of box capabilities, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or custom build connectors / APIs.
• Knowledge and experience of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty
•  Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile based tools
• Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments
•  Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to shorten timescales
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
•  Clear understanding of CoBIT and ITIL frameworks
