An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Credit Controller to join the friendly finance team based in Coalville. Reporting into the Financial Accountant, you will oversee the colleges debtor ledgers and recover of debts in line with the college debt collection policy. This involves chasing debts via the phone and on email, issuing statements and letters, and referring debts to the external debt collection agency. You should be a good communicator, able to Liaise with budget managers, learners and customers to resolve queries.
You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.
