Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of clinical practice guidelines and review any potential quality of care problems.
• Oversee the clinical management program and programs that address special needs populations and health screenings.
• Oversee Quality Improvement and HEDIS/STARS metrics improvement with PCP offices and IPAs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building strong effective teams

GENERAL FUNCTION:  Provide leadership in the pitching and execution of M&A and Strategic Advisory engagements for our Specialized Industry Investment Banking groups which includes Aerospace & Defense, Consumer, Energy Transition, Industrials and Tech-Enabled Business Services. GENERAL FUNCTION:

Provide client support to Equipment Finance customers by working closely with Bancorp Relationship Managers and direct contact with Accounts Payable partners of privately and publicly held companies and Syndication partners. As a Portfolio Analyst I, you are the primary contact to provide timely resolution for inquiries on Equipment Finance transactions after the account is boarded onto the servicing system.

• Deliver timely resolution to incoming client requests received via email, direct dial and/or the 800-Customer Line.
• Promptly analyze the client's communication and provide accurate and professional resolution based on knowledge of the relationship, documentation and servicing system.
• Encourage clients to sign up for Equipment Finance online payment services.

Portfolio Quality:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts by proactively monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure new accounts are booked accurately for client billing and submit any required forms and/or corrections to internal partners to update the necessary servicing systems appropriately eliminating customer impact.
• Direct client contact to resolve cash application issues, invoice questions or other post boarding issues.
• Reconcile and resolve cash application issues with clients and third party servicers.
• Review and aggressively resolve delinquent accounts for assigned portfolio per Department's procedures and have the ability to recognize a potential credit issue for escalation to the Team Lead, Relationship Manager, Special Asset Officer and/or the Credit Officer.
• Provide manual billing via Microsoft Excel or Access as necessary for your assigned portfolio.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Leveraged Finance Group structures and underwrites bank debt supporting acquisition, recapitalization and refinancing transactions for public/private companies, often involving financial sponsors. The transactions include bilateral commitments, prorata bank executions and large syndicated transactions. The Leveraged Finance Group works closely with the Financial Sponsors Group, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance Credit Risk, Industry Verticals and middle market teams.

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to recruit, develop, and manage an effective Internal Audit team, that ensures the firm meets audit standards and regulations in partnership with business leaders and the develop, execute, and evaluate audit plans. The role also includes taking direction from the audit senior manager and audit director to assist in other audit functions, including issue validations and risk assessments, in accordance with Citi’s internal audit methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audit plans
• Manage a small to medium sized team of Internal Audit professionals that delivers audit reports, in accordance with Internal audit and regulatory standards
• Recruit staff, develop talent, build effective teams, and manage a budget
• Manage audit activities for a component of a product line at the regional or country level including a portion of the annual audit plan
• Review and approves the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for various tasks
• Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on the overall control environment and audit approach
• Advise and assists the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption
• Apply an in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and technology to a specific product or function
• Use communication skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences including product, function, or regional executive management partners
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred

Position Summary:

Supports FMU/Programs by processing a variety of routine to complex transactions related to multi-line, multi-state new business and renewal activities within established production capacity. Ensures all related support activities are delivered in a manner consistent with company procedures, service standards and priorities. 

Responsibilities:

• Screen transactions to determine authority and process and/or refer to underwriter per established guidelines.

• Gather a wide variety of rating elements from applications/UW instructions/WC rating bureaus/NCCI/Prometrix/Reference Connect and company guidance to rate new or renewal business.

• Input information and rating elements into the policy rating system with a high degree of accuracy. 

• Review output to ensure proper rating elements were applied.

• Maintain rating documentation using paperless policy environment per established guidelines.

• Research and resolve routine to complex issues for Credit, Claims and Premium Audit

• Assist new underwriter/staff with guidance on rating/workflow/support topics

• Respond to inquiries from our agency partners and various regulatory organizations

• Provide endorsement quotes on demand

• Process declinations/cancellations/reinstatement/non-renewals in the policy system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1 year of business or customer service experience.

• Commercial insurance industry experience preferred.

• Strong Analytical Thinking skills required

• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.

• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

• Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.

• The Project support analyst is a vital member of the Finance Transformation’s.

• Reporting to the project management team they will be part of the PMO office which manages and coordinates work across key pillars of the Finance Transformation Program including: culture, risk and controls, architecture and technology, data, and communication.
• Working within the Transformation  Office and across the FTO team to support Project Managers ensuring that the FTO functions seamlessly and cohesively maximize the impact of the organization’s transformation efforts.
• The Analyst will support the status reporting & resource coordination, and project planning & dependency management of the workstreams and initiatives. To do so, the Project support analyst will have to work closely with Senior Stakeholders, SMEs, and several Project Managers with varied skillsets including Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and process engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day support of Projects across the Finance initiative specifically RWA
• Support Project managers in their day-to-day ownership of program delivery for their milestones from Initiation to Validation and final closure.
• Supports identification & tracking of risks, dependencies and issues across the Program and coordinates mitigation actions
• Support Project managers in resolving issues escalated by workstream leads
• Identifies and resolves risk and issues where possible or escalates to leadership as required
• Support the project management team in working with business stakeholders to identify business needs, validate pain points, and determine the high-level value proposition / business case for implementing innovative solutions via the FTO
• Provide Finance Transformation office reporting and informational updates to Project Managers and stakeholders
• Develop/analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of Finance Transformation initiatives, and present findings and recommendations to Project/Program Leads
• Continuously assess the Finance Transformation Office initiatives and introduce improvements and best practices, as needed
• Collaborate with other project managers to promote an environment conducive to information exchange
• Support other Finance Transformation projects, as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting transformation projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience in supporting the development and implementation of business processes 
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
• Ability to support a cross-functional project team with varied disciplines.
• Proven experience in providing quality control and oversight, and development of dashboards and reports for a portfolio of projects.
• Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
