Broker Development Manager - Commercial Insurance
Circa 50k/55k + Bonus Scheme / Car Allowance

A Global Insurance company is looking for someone to join their business development team based in the UK / nearest office (ideally Midlands/ the North). This opportunity will attract individuals who are driven, self-motivated and have the right approach with a sales focus.
Within this particular role, you will be responsible for looking after a panel of brokers and will play an active role in driving growth through the proposition which the company has to offer to its clients and brokers. You will be expected to be travelling a fair amount / on the road so will require a driving licence.
We are looking to speak to candidates who currently work as a BDM / Account Exec or a New Business Underwriter who have cross commercial lines experience. We are also interested in speaking to individuals that are wanting to move into this sort of position as you will be trained on the products however will need to be confident in meeting with external stakeholders.
The position will be remote however will be expected to travel a fair amount / be on the road either visiting brokers or attending events.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and package including a car allowance. A successful candidate with the right attributes and performance can also look forward to progression and development with this new proposition if they have ambitions to do so.
