We are looking for someone who can manage the ambitious Next Generation Talent delivery plan, working cross team to pull all workstreams into one place and ensuring coordinated, smooth delivery across our team. The successful candidate will also be a driving force for delivering enhancements to the customer/colleague experience for the graduate & undergraduate programmes. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Oversight

• Create and maintain detailed project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for activities such as induction, development events, cohort engagement activities, and roll-off processes.

• Establish effective reporting on KPIs for key stakeholders

• Coordinate our NGT impact reporting to tell a complete story of the impact of our proposition. YTD we have impacted almost 120,000 young people internally and externally.

• Working with Group Proposition lead to optimise team resource and budget associated with programme delivery.

• Coordinate with key internal stakeholders (including Next Gen Talent partners, recruitment, Learning) to ensure alignment and successful execution of all activities.

As Finance Manager Capital, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the South West region, including: Supporting the team to have robust processes in place to track and monitor all capital funding sources for accurate month end and year end monitoring and reporting of capital.
