What will the Finance Supervisor role involve?
• Overseeing a team of four in transactional finance focusing on reconciliations;
• Ensuring that team are completing daily tasks, adhering to strict deadlines;
• Resolving escalating queries;
• Implementing new processes and procedures to support in streamlining and improve efficiencies.
• High volume reconciliations
• Completing 1:1s and appraisals for the team;
• Providing month end reports for senior management.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Supervisor vacancy:
• High volume reconciliation experience.
• High beneficial having previous supervisory experience, however not essential.
• Ability to adapt and prioritise work load.
• Confident excel and systems experience.
