The Role:
As a Coordinator within their Global Mobility department, you will play a key role in supporting the team through a variety of financial and administrative tasks. You'll work closely on UKAEA's Retendering Suppliers Project, ensuring smooth financial operations through accurate invoicing, reporting, and investigative work. Your analytical skills will be critical in helping us optimise processes and maintain excellence in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide crucial financial and administrative support to the Global Mobility team.
* Manage invoicing processes and assist with financial reporting.
* Investigate financial anomalies and assist in problem-solving.
* Support the retendering process for suppliers to maintain competitive and reliable services.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
About You:
We're looking for an organised and analytical professional who enjoys working with numbers and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a background in project coordination, finance, or HR, and an enthusiasm for making an impact in a pioneering sector.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing financial data and reporting, data validation, invoicing, and project coordination
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable:
* A degree in Economics or a related field.
* A background in analytical roles or experience within related sectors.
