Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Banking
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Grade: 11
Position Summary
This role will be expected to provide financial support in the areas of reporting, analysis and planning to the Digital Banking team with the objective of proactively supporting business decisions through timely and accurate financial information, effective processes and sound business recommendations. In this role you would work closely with business owners and with other teams inside and outside of the CFO organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Provide financial support and insights to the Digital Banking Organization
- Manage processes and support for month-end close, forecasting and planning activities
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting related to headcount, department expenses and corporate allocations
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs and identify trends to provide actionable insights for the business
- Maintain revenue models for key products
- Perform margin and profitability analyses on key products and initiatives
- Develop business case analyses for investments and strategic initiatives; This will include alignment on key assumptions and financial impact of proposed investments including ROI analysis
- Partner with the finance team to develop scalable tools and models to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tracking financial results, forecasts and KPIs
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or other related Business discipline
- 4-5 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to research issues to solve problems
- Strong Excel capabilities (i.e. Pivot tables, Smartview, etc.)
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work in a Global environment
- Ability to work well with others to effectively exchange information and coordinate efforts to accomplish organizational goals
- Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management
- Experience in a decision support function role, or as a corporate expert/specialist
