Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for day-to-day management of their assigned book of business. The AM works closely and collaboratively with the internal service team and Client Executives to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. The AM serves as the clients’ main point of contact for any product-related service needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Assist Account Executive and Producer in marketing and servicing clients within the account team
• Build relationships with clients and can answer basic insurance questions
• Maintain appropriate business contact with client
• Assist with issuing insurance binders
• Process invoices for both new and renewal policies
• Process change requests from client, setting an activity for receipt of the endorsement from the insurance carrier
• Process received endorsements, check for accuracy, invoice and send to client with clear explanation of change
• Check and invoice premium audits. Send to client with clear explanation of additional or return premium
• Update EPIC to reflect changes during the coverage term
• Order loss runs for renewal submissions and prepare loss summaries
• Generate ID cards and certificates of insurance
• Complete surplus lines filings
• Complete preliminary policy checking for all accounts and submit change requests to the underwriter
• Renew binder extensions
• Follow up on open activities
• Obtain premium finance quotes
• Obtain flood zone determinations and NFIP quotes where applicable
• All other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable

• Proficiency in AMS 360 or Applied or ability to learn this program

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 - $80,000 per year.

CSSD organization is the delivery arm of the company and support cost of sales activities for both warranty and Services.

The role we are opening will take care of the AMS Markets COS (NA and LATAM) which represent 42% of the total CS cost structure and play a significant impact in the P&L Markets.

We are looking for a strong profile who will play the front end finance ambassador role to the CO and WS Markets finance leaders. Keys areas of control :

- Lead a team of 6 direct report and coordinate the finance execution of 5 indirect reports.

- Operational success and strategic alignment for the AMS Markets with the organizational functions (category, Supply Chain, Field and channel, Customer care). 

- Fully accountable for the success of the markets COS, policy and compliance, drive the direction and execution.

- Key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Leads complex financial analysis for AMS Markets covering both Managed Services and Lifecycle GBUs, exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

- Coordinates the E2E financial support and drives the proper execution of CS commitment for direct or indirect areas of controls.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables (MEC, Flash, Budget, Quota) and analysis to the business
- Consults with WDS business leaders to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope (Short term vs. Long term decisions)
- Proactively drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact.
- Actively reviews, analyzes, and manages the key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements.

As our Operations Representative on the Private Client Services team, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all client paperwork, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and cancellations. This is an exciting opportunity that can provide an interested and motivated individual with skill sets for professional growth and advancement:

• Upon receiving daily allocation of work, prioritizes based on the time sensitivity of the documents and then determines the appropriate actions to be taken
• Processes the appropriate activity within the Agency Management System. • On a limited basis, when information for an activity is vague or incomplete, performs research within the Agency Management System to obtain necessary information and notify servicing agent of findings.

• Follows up on all personal open activities within the Agency Management System to ensure they are completed

Knowing that this is a two year commitment, all candidates must have at least two years left in school prior to graduation.
