Job Description:

Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services
• Set-up meeting rooms as specified
• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
• Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
• Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
• Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
• Coordinate all hospitality-related functions and assist in prep set‐up/break‐down of all meetings, conferences and offsite events to ensure all requests are scheduled appropriately according to specified timelines provided by lawyers and legal practice assistants.
• Assist lawyers and support staff with menu arrangements, meeting room reservations and catering requests, accurately documenting all aspects to ensure all requests are met and information has been properly entered and executed.
• Provide Reception Desk coverage, including greeting, directing, and otherwise assisting firm guests; reception telephone coverage and responding in a timely manner to online/emailed space requests.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
• Minimum of 5 years Hospitality/Concierge/Restaurant experience
• Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

VP Distribution Sales

The  VP Distribution Sales will be responsible for managing the team in driving business development and the growth of new sales across North America and Canada of CRS, CRM and WEB solutions.  These solutions, combined with all of Amadeus’ product families, ensure we deliver maximum value to our clients in their revenue generation strategy.

In this role you’ll:

• Research market triggers, identify opportunities and initiate a connection with senior-level account contacts who make decisions about CRS, CRM, and WEB spend

• Develop and maintain a monthly sales plan to assist the team in identifying the sales activities that will drive business development of new CRS, CRM and WEB sales; meet or exceed all sales and growth goals for North America

• Act as a solution architect to assist the Technology Sales Specialist team to assist large customers to formulate strategies around integration of CRS, CRM and WEB spend into their revenue generation strategy

• Educate the market and position Amadeus' technology capabilities and our value proposition effectively, including industry panels and events 

• Coordinate product training, collaborate with Directors of Sales to achieve goals, develop skillset within business development and prospecting efforts

• Represent the voice of the customer to shape the overall technology product/stack Go-To-Market strategy, roadmap and analytics reporting

This exciting position offers the selected individual the opportunity to learn about and contribute to producing various live experiences within Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship Integrated Marketing Department. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Assisting the Experiential team with the following:

  • All aspects of custom event production, included but not limited to: design, production, logistics, research/sourcing, content, budgeting, legal, marketing, etc.

  • On event advances with venues and vendors with spreadsheets and updates

  • Communicating, planning, and executing information to internal departments and vendors

  • Advancing orders and details with external vendors i.e. catering, rentals, florals, AV, etc.

• Create, update, and maintain event related documents such as: production books and tracking documents, event & venue decks, program budgets, run of shows, contact sheets, staff manuals, safety plans, floor plans, etc.

• Prepare onsite assets such as parking passes, credential packets, catering packets, etc.

• Maintain, organize, and reconcile pre and post-event settlements such as: expenses and receipts

• Order and track the replenishment of supplies, as directed

• Develop and execute research projects included but not limited to any upcoming event projects, design decks, new vendors, new technologies etc.

• Other duties and projects as assigned

• On-site assistance as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
