We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hospitality to join us at Lakeside Coastal Village.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple restaurants, kitchens, and bars. Leading and inspiring a diverse and multi-skilled team of up to 80. Working closely with the the Food and Beverage Managers you will ensure that all areas of the Food and Beverage departments work in harmony, by bringing the team together to drive the business forward from both a teamwork and customer service perspective. Dining is a very important part of our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As the Head of Hospitality, you are part of a passionate team, working within our modern food and beverage facilities.
Where will I be working?
Set within magnificent grounds, Lakeside Coastal Village is part of the Warner Hotels Group. There are purpose-built spa and Leisure facilities, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. Lakeside is on Hayling Island, off the Hampshire coast close to Portsmouth. The site overlooks a lake and is very close to the sea.

What skills do I need?
- Experience of managing a multifaceted department.
- Must have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
- Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
