We are seeking talented and passionate Chefs to join our team at a 4 star Hotel near Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with live-in accommodation available.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
-Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
-Adhere to all health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations
-Contribute to menu planning and development
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
-Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
-Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications preferred
-Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
Day-to-day:
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and execute menu items
-Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
-Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
-Contribute creative ideas to menu development and special events
-Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
These are fabulous roles in a large hotel offering accommodation on the fringes of London in the Barnet area. Working hours are 45 per week (47.5 including a half an hour break each day).
