Waiter/Hospitality Assistant, will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. Primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and guests during various meetings and events. Ensuring meeting, dining rooms and events spaces are set to the required specification and food and beverages are served in a professional and timely fashion.
Waiter / Hospitality Assistant will build a good rapport with the clients, understanding the brief and learn personal preferences. With the focus on professionalism and friendliness, they will provide attentive service while upholding the highest standards.
Our services are offered Monday to Friday, mainly during daytime hours, with occasional evening events. Therefore, flexibility to work some evenings when needed is desirable.

Job Description - Provide friendly, professional and prompt customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare meeting rooms/ dining rooms and events catering set ups with attention to detail.
- Serve variety of beverages, breakfasts, lunches, as well as dinners or canapes, when occasional evening events are booked, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns, providing necessary information in a professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members in hospitality, kitchen and reception to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Clear and reset meeting/dining rooms/ events spaces promptly and efficiently.
- Wash and polish glassware, crockery and cutlery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pantry and service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies, and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with fine dining experience
