- Participate in corporate events and community seminars to showcase adult learning opportunities.
- Actively pursue sales leads, converting interest into enrollments.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to encourage course registrations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in adult education, sales, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales or client-facing roles focused on adult learners.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Passionate about facilitating lifelong learning and skill enhancement for adults.
- Strong verbal communication and effective presentation skills for diverse audiences.
