Provision is usually held at residential or within a community venue subjecting on the needs of the young person.  Engaging successfully with challenging young people, for example children who have complex needs, are reluctant to discuss their needs, and are unable to regulate and process their feelings.  

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity we require the following:  

• Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour/ complex needs.

• Have a good understanding of managing/mentoring young people.

• Minimum 2 years' experience 

• Enhanced DBS on the update system or willing to apply for a new DBS if required.

• Hold right to work in the UK.

• Knowledge and understanding of the Safeguarding Policy
