Your Responsibilities
Reporting into Owner Experience Team Manager, a typical day will see you:
• Responding to a holidaymaker and owner issues through multiple communication channels within agreed service level targets

We are seeking two dedicated Customer Access Advisors to join our team. The Statement Taker role, based in Camborne & Newquay and recruited by Service Care Solutions on behalf of Counter Terrorism Policing (CTPHQ), is pivotal in conducting and recording remote interviews of victims and witnesses. As a Statement Taker, you will ensure that interviews are conducted to the standards set by the Professionalisation Investigation Programme (PIP) and in accordance with legal requirements such as PACE Code C. The role demands meticulous attention to detail to accurately document statements and ensure compliance with quality standards and CPS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote interviews of victims and witnesses, adhering to established protocols.
• Identify and address any Risk, Harm, and Vulnerability issues affecting victims and witnesses, ensuring appropriate support or referrals are made.

Following this we are proud to be opening a new Community Diagnostic Centre in Redruth, Cornwall in late Summer 2024. We are now actively recruiting a passionate and dedicated team. Right now, we are looking to recruit a Service Manager who will be the CQC registered manager. You will be responsible for the oversight and day to day running of the facility, ensuring its smooth operation and compliance with all governing bodies. What you will do: As an InHealth Service Manager you will be responsible for service and clinical leadership, operating in accordance with local guidelines and company policies to deliver a service that is aligned to contractual and governance requirements. What you are responsible for: Ensuring the service delivers the highest standard of patient care whilst meeting customers expectations. Ensuring the building is maintained and well kept, clean and in line with IPC standards and all issues surrounding this are escalated to line management. Upholding the requirements of all regulatory standards, holding the position of CQC registered manager, and ensuring you work within the budgets you are responsible for. Managing the rota for the department, ensuring sufficient employee resource availability through effective planning Overseeing all day to day activity across a 7 day service. Ensuring you are kept up to date on all InHealths processes and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that staff are recruited, inducted, trained and supported well in line with InHealth policies for Radiography, Respiratory and Phlebotomy. Ensuring good communication is maintained and encouraged with the team and all stakeholders. Ensure KPIs and reports are kept up to date and shared at appropriate intervals with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has: Experienced in leading teams with the ability to coach and mentor. Good understanding of CQC fundamental standards, Health & Safety, Infection Control, the Data Protection Act and Caldicott Principles Ability to remain calm under pressure. Well developed in organisational and time management skills, and able to prioritise conflicting demands The ability to motivate and lead, with a desire to exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills You should apply if you have experience: In the above areas. It is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and paying £13.12 per hour.

Strong admin skills required and must be IT Literate on systems.
The role will be alot of admin entry but within the Customer Experience Team.
Logging damp and mould cases. Inputting information/surveys to support the Customer experience team and other teams.

Every day you will…

Manage a team of Care Liaison Advisors by conducting team meetings, 1:1s, delegating workload and monitoring productivity and KPIs to ensure referrals are proactively progressed and processes are followed
Act as the main point of contact for hospital colleagues and commissioners, working closely with the hospital discharge team and acting as an ambassador for CHS
Build relationships with healthcare system colleagues and gain an understanding of the wider teams, systems and processes and support the Operations Manager in seeking out opportunities to provide further support or services
Lead monthly contract review meetings, reporting and presenting on KPIs and data outcomes

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £11.92 an hour; this increases to £12.65 for stores inside the M25 but excluding London Boroughs and is £12.85 for stores within Inner London – London Boroughs. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.

The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by:

• I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised.
• Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it.
• Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
• Loading the van as required, checking the van for roadworthiness.
• Talking to the customer about any changes to their order, including short code item and substitutions, offering a refund for anything they are unhappy with.
• Taking care of products/deliveries as if they were my own.
• Explaining to the customer that they will not be charged any more for their substitutions.
• Delivering during the customers time slot.
• Calling the customer before arriving at their property if early.
• Calling the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late.

You will need

• Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit, working together to make sure our store is the best it can be for customers.
• Warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand the customer and say ‘Thank you’.
• Acting quickly to respond to the changing needs of our customers and embracing change within my store.
