As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Whirlpool department, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to register their appliances. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Provide excellent customer service and register appliances efficiently.

• In a 3-week training programme (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience
• This department has rotational shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. You would be working 1 full weekend and 2 Saturday's on a 8-week rotational schedule.

• Manage your own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion whilst assisting others when required.
• Deliver some advocacy on less complex Childcare Law caseloads.
