£22,750, rising to £23,088 after successful completion of probation period
Littlehampton, West Sussex - close to public transport links and with a free car park
Permanent - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 08:45am - 17:15pm, with occasional Early or Late shifts (Early = 08:00am - 16:30pm, Late = 10:00am - 18:00pm). There can be a little flexibilty around this,

We are currently supporting our client to grow their busy and well established Customer Service Team. Here you would be responsible for providing a high level of customer care to our client's customers and healthcare professionals. Our client provides vital medical products that help their clients to lead normal lives. They have been established for approximately 40 years and started as a family run business, who have maintained their focus on providing the best customer service, as well as looking after their own employees. The role:
This is a very busy and varied role, but the main priority will be to manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and health-care professionals. This is an amazing opportunity to gain office experience, start a career in customer service and have the opportunity to progress.
You will need to be understanding, supportive and be able to be empathetic with customers.
Suitable candidates will:
Have good customer service skills, gained from any background
Be PC literate
Good communication skills, over the phone, face to face and via email
