The role may involveworking withSecurity Doors, Access Control Systems, Safes, Bullet-Resistant Glass, Security Shutters, Security Barriers, Alarm Systems, CCTV, Turnstiles, Perimeter Security, Glass Partitions, Vaults, Integrated Security Systems, Fire Doors etc,
You will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment.
- Adhering to company policies while delivering quality service.
- Supporting team members and enhancing overall service efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally have experience in field service role within a mechanicalelectrical environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in equipment repair.
- Skilled in mobile device / tablet use.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
