Following internal promotion of current post holder an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team has become available for an experienced leader within Adult Social Care.
We are seeking candidates with strong experience, knowledge and a proven track record of management and leadership within Adult Social Care. The ideal candidate will have a depth of experience and knowledge across several key disciplines within statutory social care practice.
In addition to providing senior leadership to our services across Adult Social Care, this role will lead on relevant aspects of integration and service planning across the Place Based Partnership. This role is one of several Service Lead posts across the department and there is a requirement to work collaboratively to support the department.
You will have a positive attitude to transformation, innovation and growing new ways of working. You will work closely with senior colleagues within the department and the wider council and will have the credibility to be able to provide healthy challenge, reflection and to be able to influence the development of our services.
Adult Social Care works within increasingly integrated and collaborative partnerships with Health, the Voluntary Community and Faith Sector and partner provider organisations. Our partnerships are strong and continue to evolve to best meet the needs of our population and address health inequalities.
