The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants to learn and train and become a member of our team who is looking for long term employment. The role requires physical labour tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, assisting set-up / close down of work areas, ability to take direction/instruction to ensure safe working standards and ability to work as a team in brief. This role will be predominately a labouring position to start with the scope for training/gaining skills in many spheres of construction. We feel this role would be suitable for the younger crowd wanting to gain skills/knowledge of the construction trade and motivated to up-skill!

Role Requirements
The applicant is required to work Monday-Friday including some Saturday's if needed subject to workload to suit the needs of the business. Hours of operation is 8am onsite start time -5 pm finish time. The office is located in Birkenhead, Wirral and the applicant must be able to commute to our location in order to meet with the team before heading out on site on time.. This position requires regular distance travel. No previous experience in labouring is required but advantageous. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and initiative is essential to this role. An understanding of health and safety procedures and guidelines. Driving license non-essential but again advantageous. CSCS card required, training for this can be provided/organised at the applicant's cost should they be successful upon applying.
