Skilled Labourer
Location: Onsite covering Burton and surrounding areas - typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours. Pick up in Stoke-on-Trent.
As a Labourer for Novus Property Solutions, you’ll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. An outline of your responsibilities and experience
General labouring on site, including plot cleans, taking delivery of materials, and securing them with fencing.
Demolishing and re pointing chimneys- working at height
General build experience – pointing experience would be required.
Supporting a trades person with the installation of roof line goods.
Ensure materials received are of a high standard in terms of quality.
Liaise with Site Manager to ensure stock is maintained
Assist with the procurement, off hires and costing of all internal and external Plant and skips.
Deliver materials and plant to operatives on site.
Follow and enforce company health and safety procedures
About You
The successful Skilled Labourer will possess a background in manual labour, ideally be familiar within working within Social Housing tenanted properties, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service. We have exciting growth plans and want people who are equally as ambitious as we are.
