Property Care have an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to join the Estates Services Team based in our Worcester office.
What could you be doing?
You will play a key role, working as part of a highly motivated team providing effective administrative support to the Estates Services Managers in the Estates Services team.
You’ll be there to update and maintain systems, generating correspondence as required and being a point of contact liaising between our teams, external customers, sub-contractors, and local authorities.
Some things we need from you
You will need to be highly organised, approachable, and a confident communicator. It is a busy role, juggling different priorities and you will need to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and be able to work on your own initiative. You will also have the support of a great team around you.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break – no weekend working.
The ideal candidate will also have:
• Strong IT Skills. Competency in Word, Outlook, and ability to develop formula in Excel
• Good communication skills both written and verbally
• Ability to develop good working relationships
• Organised with ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• GCSEs passed in English and Maths
• It would be an advantage if you have previous administration experience within property maintenance but not essential

This role is based at our office in Worcester. There would be occasional travel to offices and other locations as required to attend meetings. We have free car parking at our offices.
