Duties of a Business Support Assistant:
• Maintain a tidy reception area.
• Liaise with clients over the phone and in person.
• Cover typing and secretary duties during absences and holidays.
• General administrative duties including stationary orders, scanning and photocopying.
• Maintain tidy meeting rooms and organise the meeting room diary.
Requirements of a Business Support Assistant:
• Administrative, secretarial or receptionist background required.
• Proactive and organised.
• Professional written and verbal communication style.
