As our Housing and Property Guru, you?ll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. • Customer group- Our customer group is primarily complex mental health, however, we do support with dual diagnosis, substance misuse and forensic history.

• Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
