Your new role
The Problem Management Lead has two main areas of focus: Practice Ownership and Operational Management. In Practice Ownership, the role is responsible for the governance, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITIL practices within the organisation. This ensures that these practices consistently add value by aligning with ITIL best practices and organisational objectives. The role involves leading process development, managing performance, and working closely with stakeholders. In Operational Management, the role involves overseeing the daily operations of the SIAM practice, ensuring the effective integration and management of multiple service providers to deliver seamless IT services. This includes managing operational governance, driving service improvements, and ensuring all service providers meet agreed performance standards. Therefore, your responsibilities include (but are not limited):

• Leadership and Governance: Define and implement ITIL practices, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with standards.
• Process Management: Design, document, and maintain standardised processes and workflows, ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimisation and innovation, leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Service Integration: Oversee the coordination of services from multiple providers, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews with service providers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, managing escalations and facilitating governance meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in IT problem management and worked in a SIAM or multi-supplier management role where you have designed and implemented.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation is required; additional ITIL certifications (e.g., Practitioner, Expert) are highly desirable.
• Broad understanding of ITSM tools and technologies. Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions is a plus.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and propose effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources and client stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating and delivering high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Your new role
You will lead the design and implementation of the Service Configuration Management practice, including creating a comprehensive roadmap, goals, and objectives. • Leadership Experience: You must have proven leadership experience in Configuration Management strategy and practice.
• ITSM Expertise: You should have a deep understanding and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), specifically in Configuration Management, and be able to co-ordinate the setup of tooling integrations and Asset related data feeds to drive the population of Assets into the ITSM toolset
• Stakeholder Engagement: You must have strong skills at engaging and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Policy and Process Knowledge: You should have expertise in aligning, documenting, and maintaining policies, processes, and procedures.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You need the ability to resolve cross-functional issues effectively.
• Data Model Proficiency: You should have experience of leading the creation and agreement of data models, and define and agree with the underpinning data model for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

This role is a Mobile Role and require travelling to Milton Keynes, Luton & upto Northampton.

What we need from you as a Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

• Experience working as a maintenance electrician/multi skilled engineer
• City & Guilds or BTECH qualification in electrical installation or maintenance
• confidence performing Multi skilled tasks
• Served a recognised apprenticeship
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems & electrical maintenance practices
• Working knowledge of PPM`s and Reactive Maintenance
• Experienced in electrical fault finding and repairs
• Qualified to carry out electrical installations to regulations
• A strong understanding of safe systems of work
• The ability to work safely under own supervision or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Inspection & testing qualified (18th edition)
• NVQ3
• Multi skilled qualification & experience
• Experience in the maintenance

Duties to include:

• Maintain all equipment to standards expected
• Completion of preventative maintenance tasks
• performing multi skilled tasks
• Fault find and carry out repairs
• Involvement in projects like new installations
• Ensure safe working practices are always adhered to
• Record and document work completed using PC/Mobile based maintenance software
• To work across multisite locations
• To be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and follow procedures as required
• Be dependable, trustworthy with an excellent time & attendance record

The Head of Service Integration & Management (SIAM) will oversee the coordination and integration of multiple IT service providers to ensure the seamless delivery of services that meet the needs of the organisation. This role is critical for enhancing service quality, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The successful candidate will lead a team of leads and work closely with various stakeholders to establish a cohesive service management framework that aligns with organisational goals. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the SIAM strategy, aligning it with organisational goals and fostering a culture of service quality and innovation.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the SIAM team, promoting professional development and a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery and manage escalations and strategic discussions.
• Service Integration and Delivery: Oversee the integration of services from multiple providers, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining up-to-date service catalogues.
• Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Define and track KPIs and SLAs, lead performance reviews, and foster continuous improvement.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and update risk management plans.
• Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the SIAM budget, optimise spending, and allocate resources effectively.
• Technology & Process Innovation: Implement tools and technologies to support SIAM processes, stay current with industry trends, and drive process automation and service delivery efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in IT service management, with a proven track record in leadership roles overseeing multiple service providers.
• Deep understanding of Service Integration and Management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficiency in ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, along with experience using leading ITSM toolsets.
• Demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all guest areas, including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, and always ensuring that service levels are exceptional.
