In the Amadeus Hospitality Operations organization, we deliver consistent high-quality customer interactions that empower our end-users and leverage the full value of our Hospitality products.
We are responsible for customer enablement and delivery, enterprise program delivery, education and training, enterprise customer relations, customer and technical support, and overall process improvement for all of Hospitality
Summary of the role:
The Intern's main role will be taking part of the organization is to optimize our financial orchestrating exercise and build efficient processes for follow-up. The achievement will be the organization benefiting from the deliverables and utilizing them for our recurring activities. The Intern will contribute to establishing clear processes, documentation, tooling, and automation.
In this role you’ll:
- Help collect and consolidate inputs/assumptions for capacity & Resource planning, as well as activities follow-up
- Support and maintain the monthly operational planning (budget and forecast)
- Support the HOS OPS BPOP responsible on centralizing the requests for resources (anticipation, planning, communication) and help with automating the tooling such as Excel
- Help on building regular management reports and dashboards including activity roadmap, activity progress (cost and resource) on resource vs portfolio planning
- Support on all the financial tooling (APH, IPPM…)
- Propose process improvements, tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance
- Customer facing: This Intern will participate in Customer calls and help with preparing documentation.
