You're someone who'll be able to:

• Be the welcoming face of the academy, providing a professional and comprehensive reception service to visitors and staff.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring effective communication within the academy and with external stakeholders.
  
• Maintain accurate student and staff records using the Academy Management System.
  
• Coordinate admissions and exits, ensuring a smooth transition for new students and staff members.
• Support the academy's commitment to safeguarding by ensuring all visitors follow safeguarding procedures.

You're someone who has:

Wishmore Cross Academy provides a supportive and tailored environment for boys aged 7 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. With a capacity of 82 pupils, the school maintains small class sizes, allowing for close, individualized attention.
