CACI is seeking Junior to Senior level Administrative Support for the EPS program. We are seeking Administrative Support to provide support to management and technical personnel. Additionally, assist the program manager with related responsibilities such as program control; tracking and reporting program and/or project technical, cost, and schedule; and similar functions. The successful candidate will have the ability to research and analyze business processes and recommend solutions or improvements. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills are required.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, government reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
- Assists with developing trip reports, scheduling visits, and office management.
- Performs CAC processing, account set-up, procurement support, onboarding related tasks, and consolidating weekly activity reports.
- Assists with the preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the Government
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Prepare documentation for Government approval.
- Provide technical writer/editor support to update and/or review various internally produced documents created with Microsoft Office products (e.g., MS Word and PowerPoint), and to ensure the proper formatting, grammar, readability, and presentation clarity of documents, including official memoranda, planning documents, reports, guidance, organization charts, and program/activity presentation data.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Education – bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Business, Finance, or technology related field)
- Experience – Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Additional experience can substitute for degree.
- Strong prioritization and documentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management, technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
- Working knowledge with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

- Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.
- Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
