Employee Travel Program Coordinator (60%)
The Chief Financial Manager (CFM) is administratively responsible for the FHCC's employee travel program. As the Employee Travel Program Coordinator, the employee is technically responsible for employee travel activity at the FHCC. Primary employee travel duties include assisting employees in preparing electronic Travel Plans and performing first level review of Travel Plans. Additional duties.

Incumbent serves as the local coordinator of the Travel Program. The coordinator has an influential part in the Travel program and communicates with management, employee travelers and fellow employees. Incumbent coordinates all training efforts to ensure a successful program. The incumbent analyzes the program, identifies ways to improve (be more efficient) or provide better service. In coordination with Budget Supervisor sets goals and objectives, implements new ideas and follows up on the process.

Travel Program Oversight (15%)
The nature of the incumbent's duties involve, but are not limited to, Travel fund control point management and maintenance; on-line input to the Travel Package and systems related to the Travel Management Center (TMC). Incumbent provides management with reports, analyses and evaluations on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting established goals and objectives of the Budget Supervisor, CFM, and/or Resource Directorate of the FHCC. Reconciles subsidiary accounts with general ledger control accounts for obligations, payables and a wide range of documents from various travel related functions.

Travel Management Center (TFM) Program Coordinator (25%)
Incumbent is the facility level liaison between the FHCC and the TMC program. Responsible for monitoring the electronica billings made from the TMC to the Austin Finance Center through Financial Management System (FMS). The incumbent reviews the charge on the employee itineraries to assure accuracy of the appropriate individual credit card accounts. Monthly US Bank reports are consistently reviewed and follow up initiated for delinquent accounts or misuse of the US Bank card. Ensures TM rejects are reviewed and corrected timely. Incumbent systemizes the overall operation of the travel card program. provides management with reports, analyses and evaluation, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of program or operations in meeting established goals and objectives of the travel program. Manages both the US Bank, and Citi Direct Bank corporate and individual employee accounts. Reviews and audits transactions are in compliance with established rules and regulations.

Incumbent works with minimum supervision and is familiar with generally accepted accounting principles as pertains to travel and all other ancillary duties described below. A general description of what is accomplished:

• Receives, analyzes, and classifies all commitment and obligation documents. Reviews documents for validity of budget data, expenditure limitation, accounting data', and for proper authorization and compliance with existing manuals, regulations, and station policies.
• Certifies fund availability to cover all initiations, commitments, and obligations pursuant to the Financial Management System (FMS) instruction guide and daily reports
• Prepares correspondence concerning the status of outstanding obligations.
• Matches disbursing documents with obligation data; verifies accuracy and completeness of data and ensures that equipment, materials, or services have been reviewed.

The incumbent performs accounting duties that include classification of transactions and maintenance of segments of the accounting system. This includes maintenance of the Trial Balance through general ledger entries, the Operating Ledger by proper costing of documents, and the E-Travel Package. Incumbent examines accounting transactions for accuracy, adequacy of documentation of citations, compliance with regulations, and justification. Incumbent prepares travel authorities, vouchers and advances. Reviews payment of travel claims, tuition and travel advances. Incumbent assists employee travelers with completion of expense reports and proper travel related expenditures.

Examines and Maintains Accounts & Accounting Data
Manages checks and balances to transactions and procedures to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Examines, verifies and maintains financial accounts, according data and classifies accounting transactions including the verification of accuracy and completeness of accounting data. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all quarterly and annual regulatory and statutory filings, including all financial statements, schedules, and notes/disclosure schedules to the financial statements

The NAV Oversight team in Dublin consists of 28 talented people with 10+ years’ experience in the industry. What you’ll do

You will ensure the seamless delivery of activities required to produce Fund Net Asset Valuations. The Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst role will entrust you with the responsibility of managing the deliverables from a diverse group of offshore accountants and will allow you to use your own industry experience and to home in on your own leadership skills, acting as a staging point for the next step into management. You will also:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations in partnership with all onshore and offshore locations such as NAV production, pricing, corporate actions.
• Act as a senior SME by supervising the daily workflow of junior fund accountants, leading process improvement initiatives, coordinating workflow with related departments and recommending new work controls & procedures.
• Supporting NAV preparation in accordance with client requirements, support incremental business and review NAVs ensuring accuracy of valuation reports.
• Resolving client queries and interact with Fund Managers and other service providers/counterparts to ensure successful service delivery with support from the manager.
• Ensuring timeliness of client service deliverables in accordance with agreed deadlines while promptly replying to accounting queries from investment sites and fund sponsor (portfolio manager, auditors, and back-office)
• Identifying issues, risks & control gaps, ensuring they are escalated appropriately.

What we’ll need from you

While all our candidates would be required to have strong Fund Accounting experience, additional related industry experience, financial education or math's/statistics background or analytical mind-set would be a strong bonus:

• Fund accounting experience. / Fund accounting oversight.
• Production and final check experience of NAVs desired.
• Mutual funds experience preferred.
• Portfolio knowledge
• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Have demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Is a demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fund Accounting.

• Develop training initiatives and create relevant materials to foster continued development and accounting-specific education across the broader organization.

Responsibilities: Interns will be responsible for utilizing educational knowledge and experience to perform numerous accounting related responsibilities such as: Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional mannerRespond to inquiries from client and work with client to gather necessary information for completion of required documentsUse data analysis skills to discover useful information and patterns to provide support in recommendations Proactively identify improvement opportunities in processes to enhance efficiency ***NOTE: Interns will receive experience in both tax AND audit*** Tax Specific: Prepare individual, business and fiduciary tax returns and projections in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leadersUnderstand and effectively use current tax and accounting software applicationsResearch tax related issues and other related financial reportsPerform a limited number of tax return interviews as needed Audit Specific: Perform audit, review, and compliance testing procedures in accordance with firm and professional standards and as directed by engagement leadersCommunicate with engagement leaders regarding open items, testing problems, or other important matters in a timely mannerPrepare (or review client prepared) financial statements and footnotes, management reports, and other engagement outputsDevelop technical competency with GAAP, especially related to assigned product line What You will Gain Experience the Wipfli Way first hand while working side by side with professionals from all levels of the firmDevelop experience and skills to become a trusted business advisor for clients and associatesGain hands-on experience in tax and/or audit work, and related software applicationsWork as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client engagementsGain exposure to a variety of clients and industries ranging from small businesses to large corporationsDevelop administrative, professional, and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze, and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting (completion of corporate or individual taxation class is required)Above average knowledge in accounting as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higherWorking towards eligibility to sit for CPA exam upon graduation (150 credits)Preferred coursework in Data Analytics or Big DataAbility to think independently and make good decisions based on education and experienceGood communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staffAbility to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlinesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
