• Prepare costing and tender for the project;
• To handle the maintenance for Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering works and ensure Client & regulatory requirements are met;
• Schedule for maintenance activities and inspection, as to ensure that targeted completion dates are met;
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendor
• Carrying out chiller maintenance according to contractual requirements and manufacturer recommendations;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
