• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs. Identify new processes, techniques, and
  procedures to upgrade and enhance security protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of new technology and other developments in the field of

• Develop, recommend, and implement approved security contingency plans, incident response plans, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Serve as a Senior Information Technology Specialist/Developer responsible for Application Development of assigned information technology projects across a broad range of civilian human resources (CHR) functional areas.
• Perform highly technical and analytical work pertaining to the planning, development, integration, utilization or modification of civilian human resources information applications, systems and procedures.
• Design, develop, modify, test, implement, and support new or existing applications software.
• Execute Agile methodology as an application developer.

• Develops intuitive and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that help users make better decisions. • Establishing metrics for measuring the performance of the plans, as well as leading the activities to capture the data necessary to analyze and report on performance of specified initiatives and general operations.
