1. Plans, develops, organizes, manages, and supervises diverse and comprehensive physical fitness and sports programs which include group exercise classes, self-directed fitness and sports programs, incentive programs, special events, intramural, extramural, and varsity sports, and instructional programs.

The purpose of the Health System Specialist - Health Professions Education (HPE) Analyst is to conduct and evaluate a wide range of program management and administrative duties to fulfill requirements related to VHA's academic mission and Office of Academic Affiliations' (OAA) strategic plans. Clinical Support - The TCT assists in patient care under the direct supervision of an independent licensed healthcare provider. The TCT can be crossed-trained to perform a range of direct care duties that may include, but are not limited to such things as performing temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation measurements, measuring height and weight, downloading pictures for any Store n Forward clinic and for the Dermatology clinic, phlebotomy (blood draws), EKG's and patient transfers in support of the primary care, specialty, urgent care clinics etc .. The TCT follows established procedures using manual or instrument techniques in accordance with established protocols, and reports results to appropriate individuals.
