• Preparing prototypes based on customer specifications, which involves analyzing requirements, selecting materials, fabricating the prototype, and gathering feedback for effective product development. Clear communication improves customer satisfaction and minimizes errors.
• Researching innovative production techniques.
• Conducting and reviewing engineering investigations on various issues, including defects, obsolescence, proposed changes, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics

The Role

Receive documentation from Sales and Service Departments and pack and despatch spares parts, service kits and units as required.
Raise purchase orders as required to replenish stock levels.
Support the team in implementing small to large projects within the company to improve Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and Efficiency.
Alongside the rest of the team, answer the phone, deal with enquiries and be a helpful and professional presence in the business.

CE QUE NOUS POUVONS FAIRE ENSEMBLE :

Dans le cadre de la transformation engagée par le Centre de Compétence Engineering (130 personnes), des actions de structuration et pilotage des lots de développement ont été mises en place avec une gouvernance formelle associée. Pour continuer dans l'amélioration de la performance, le Domaine VTS (Véhicules et Systèmes Tactiques) France cherche à renforcer l'axe delivery de la fonction Engineering. Un rôle de Head of Engineering Delivery (HoED) est ainsi formellement créé pour accompagner le Directeur du centre de compétence dans le pilotage de l'Engineering. 
Ce rôle est associé à la coordination d'un service transverse EMG (Engineering Management Group - 3 collaborateurs) regroupant notamment les missions de chiffrage des travaux, de portage de processus, de pilotage de la performance et des outils Engineering Environment (E2). 
Le HoED siège au Comité de Direction du CCE et rayonne en transverse au sein du CCE. Il travaille en proximité avec les autres responsables d'entité. Considérant la taille du CCE, il se voit par ailleurs confier des missions complémentaires ayant trait aux opérations du CCE.

Le HoED intervient en support des livraisons des projets de développement financés et auto-financés. Il s'interface avec les responsables de services du CCE, les Project Managers et les responsables de lot Engineering du CCE.
Il s'assure de la bonne exécution des lots de développement au travers de points d'avancement réguliers avec les responsables de lots. Il supervise la préparation et anime les revues de lot internes CCE. Il prépare un reporting à destination du Directeur du CCE. Il met en place des actions correctives et cherche les solutions en proposant des arbitrages pertinents.
Il définit avec les HOD (Head of Discipline) du CCE les actions prioritaires nécessaires sur la montée en compétence pour la bonne exécution des projets. Il contribue à l'identification et à la cohérence de la déclinaison des jalons du Domaine.
Le HoED assure par ailleurs la coordination du service EMG qui lui est directement rattaché.
Le HoED, sous la coordination du Directeur du CCE, prend part à la gouvernance du Centre de Compétence avec notamment des missions confiées relevant de l'amélioration continue, des opérations et du reporting :

• il prépare et suit le budget OPEX/CAPEX 
• il assure le suivi de la charge du CCE en lien avec le service PMO 
• il déploie avec le Directeur CCE, la roadmap CCE et les plans de transformations internes 
• il prépare avec le Directeur CCE les reportings vers la BL, la GBU et le Groupe 

Le HoED intègre lorsque pertinent les communautés d'échanges Delivery et Opérations au niveau LAS pour capter les 
bonnes pratiques et les intégrer si cohérentes au regard de notre organisation interne.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Provides service support and preventive maintenance on specialized biomedical equipment and systems (e.g., life support devices, anesthesia equipment, surgical robots, etc.) during normal working hours and on call rotation as required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responds to unscheduled service requests from users by performing initial problem verification, troubleshooting, and problem correction. (35%)
• Completes scheduled maintenance in accordance with PM Inspection and Protocol management plan. Initiates and completes documentation after repair or PM is completed. (35%)
• Attends service schools, in house training or self-directed study as required on specialized equipment and systems. (5%)

Minimum

• Graduate from an electronic technical school.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communicator who can explain complex topics to both a technical and non-technical audience

• Solid understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle from analyzing the needs to delivery of working software

• Experienced in Agile software development practice and ceremonies

• Work with the team to break down complex technical requirements into logical execution slices

• Demonstrates mature judgment when making engineering choices, and can reliably make the call between elegant and practical fixes

• Collaborative, respectful, and thoughtful leader who is interested to work in a diverse and global team

• Manage the quality of feature delivery by continuous integration

• Successfully completed three or more commercial software development cycles

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $159,200 and $218,900. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
