Rent and Service Charge officer- Managing Agents
As the Rent and Service Charge officer for our Managing Agent stock you will play a pivotal part in ensuring we are compliant with statute and legislation when it comes to re-charging our residents for services received from the Managing Agent. You will be the main point of contact for all of the Managing Agents, Freeholders and Origin Housing colleagues, ensuring a seamless and compliant process for the invoicing process.

Manage the invoicing process, including sense checking services against the lease
Challenge costs where necessary and feed into service improvement
Be a champion for the resident by ensuring value for money
What you’ll need
A good understanding of the Managing Agent relationship
