You will be working within The Bereavement and Power of Attorney Contact Centre which provides a bespoke telephony service for callers notifying the Bank of the death of their customer and facilitates the registration of Power of Attorney to support some of their most vulnerable customers. Our client will provide you with comprehensive on-site training to ensure that you feel confident to take ownership and provide a personal service to their callers at a time when its needed the most.

The difference you will make:

• Helping callers each day by answering queries from customers, customer representatives, solicitors, and colleagues across our Branch network and 3rd parties.
• Assisting customers representatives who wish to notify the bank of the death of our customer.
• Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe.
• Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
• Updating customer records

What we need you to have:

• Experience in working in a contact centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Extensive computer and numeracy skills

• Triage users to relevant services, using HMCTS prescribed service scripts and knowledge base on a daily basis, to ensure users get the right information they need at the right time, so that everyone understands what is needed and what will happen

• Undertake case-readiness assessment and progress the case to the next phase, and providing information to allow users to understand what the next stage is and what they can expect next

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring technical documentation and requirements are accurately managed. This permanent role offers salary range from salary£25,000 - £28,000 (DOE).

You will be responsible for:

- Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and understanding.

- Promptly and efficiently address customer enquiries.

- Act as the primary contact for customers via phone and email.

- Accurately update order statuses within the laboratory asset management database.

- Adhere to ISO17025 and ISO9001 accreditation processes.

- Perform preliminary quality assurance and contract review tasks for work order approvals.

- Assist the Logistics department in meeting customer delivery needs.

- Contribute proactively to continuous improvement efforts.

What we are looking for:

- Possess customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.

- Ideally, have technical knowledge and experience in preparing technical documents and requirements

- Skilled in Microsoft 365 apps, especially Outlook.

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Working hours:8.30am -5:00pm
