As a Business Integration Administrator, you will be accountable for triaging and resolving enquiries from our customers, including the investigation of issues, identification of resolutions and implementation of resolutions in a quick and accurate manner to ensure the service is maintained for the business and providing training and guidance to users.



Alongside this you will complete testing of interfaces and documentation of changes using an agile methodology.
