I. BROAD FUNCTION
- Responsible in ensuring the quality and specifications are within the standards.
II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Perform inspection upon receiving raw material and packaging
2. Responsible for inspecting the product contact zone prior to release the line for production
3. Responsible for lab equipment calibration and verification.
4. Perform lab analysis and online inspection, including CCP and OPRP monitoring and ensure product meets the specifications.
5. Responsible for releasing incoming material and finished goods
6. Responsible for monitoring temperature in the production area.
7. Perform verification for pre-weighted ingredients.
8. Responsible for holding product that does not meet food safety and quality requirement.
9. Conduct product shelf life study.
10. Involve in Pest control program.
III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in Food Manufacturing
3. Fresh Graduates can be considered(Training will be provided)
4. Male and Female
5. Computer Literate.
6. Good communication skills at all levels.
7. Able to work under pressure.
