Job Description: Coordinate logistics for our HR Wellness event, including scheduling appointments, managing equipment, and communicating with client and attendees. Work with the client to develop and implement innovative wellness programs that help our client's employees feel great and perform at their best. Use your creativity and marketing savvy to promote the event and make it an unforgettable experience for all participants. Update our marketing CRM system with client's information and follow-up communications. Assist with event planning, marketing, and promotion. Provide administrative support to the client, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
Requirements: Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese required Good communication, presentation skill and team work player Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics. Creative, innovative, and willing to think outside the box to make our events and programs stand out. Year 4 student is welcomed to apply
