We operate 3 business segments:
1 .Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations.
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service.
3. Business banking: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses.
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 450 staff with an intact startup mindset. We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded CorpSec Executive to help quickly grow our business in Hong Kong. You will be forward-thinking, with a desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment. You must be able to prioritise your tasks and work comfortably under pressure.
Mission:
- To ensure the highest standard of company secretarial service delivered to the clients
Outcomes:
- Being a good team player within the company secretarial team
- Adopt the company's policies to support its growth
- Manage the assigned portfolio of clients independently
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong private companies;
- Preparing all the necessary documents and filings;
- Maintaining and updating the statutory records;
- Attending to the inquiries from clients;
- Co-ordinating with other teams to meet the clients' needs; and
- Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm
- Familiar with the industry laws and regulations especially the Companies Ordinance
- Good communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Independent, pro-active, detail-minded, and hardworking
- Willing to work in a technology-based and fast-paced environment
